Capricho Navarra Empeltre and Capricho Navarra Arbequina

Capricho Navarro is Sandúa’s most recent initiative for extraordinary oils of excellent quality.

This virgin olive oil, packaged in crystal bottles, is 100% natural juice of the highest quality that is obtained from the first pressing of carefully selected olives of the empeltre variety.

Empeltre: A medium sized olive (2.6 g) with an elongated and slightly asymmetrical, black colour when ripe, typical of the riverbanks of Navarra.

Sandúa selected the best olives by picking them directly from the tree in order to achieve an oil with a predominantly yellow tone, very smooth, sweet, mild and almond fruity flavour.

To preserve all its aroma and flavour, this empeltre variety oil is also offered UNFILTERED, whereby a slight cloudiness may be observed.

Extra virgin Olive oil "Capricho Navarra Arlequina"

Produced exclusively from the "Arbequina" variety of olives. It is prepared cold. The result is an oil with a yellowish green colour, dense and with body. It has a clena smell. In this oil we can appreciate tones of tomato, grass, apple, artichoke... It tastes of bitter almonds, slightly spicy, ending sweet and fluid.

Extra virgin Olive oil "Capricho Navarra Empeltre"

The oil is ost frequently of a pale yellow colour. It is an oil with a sweet, slightly fruity fragrance creating a pleasant senstion in the mouth. The oil has no bitterness and usually produces a lasting flavour of almonds.

Sandua Intense - mild Flavour / Pomance Olive Oil

This is an olive oil with good body, a sweet flavour and pleasant olive aroma. It is characterised by its intense green colour and prepared with 70% extra virgin olive oil of varieties of olives from the best areas in Spain and 30% refined olive oil. It is recommended for dressing raw foods such as salads, boiled fish, etc. due to is pleasant flavour since it maintains its fruity flavour and the intensity of its aroma.

Sandua Olive Oil Intense Flavour

This is an olive with good body a sweet taste and a pleasant aroma of olives. It is characterized by its intense green colour. Prepared with extra virgin olive oil that uses olive varieties from the best area of spain (60%) an refined olive oil (40%). It is reccomended for dressing raw food, salads, biled fish... thanks to itspleasant taste as it maintains its fruit flowers and intensely of its aroma.

Sandua Olive Oil Mild Flavour

This oil is characteristic by its mild and pleasant taste of olives. Its light body and its golden-yellow green coloru. As with the intense flavour olive oil, it is produced using extra virgin olive oil and refined olive oil, the proportion of the latter being greater (80%) in this case. It is recommended for cooking dishes in which the flavorr of the food itself is to be pretected, providing the quality of olive oil.

Sandua Pomace olive oil

This is caharacterized by its mild flavour and good body. Its composition includes 20% extra vigrin olive oil added to refined pomace olive oil. It is highly commended for all types of frying thanks to its high level of stability, as its gives off no smell when cooking and it is particularily reccomended for industrial bakeries and catering in general, due to its atractive price - quality.

Sandua Refined Sunflower oil with High Oleic Acid Content.

This oil is especially indicated for use in frying, given that its high oleic acid content makes it much more resistant to heat than normal sunflower oil and avoids the formation of excessive foam in fryers.
